Refund Policy Guidance

gelagenofficial.us is an independent affiliate information site and does not process Gelagen orders, payments or refunds directly. Refunds are handled entirely by the seller through their official order page. This page offers general guidance on what to check.

Advertised Guarantee

Gelagen packages are advertised with a 60-day money-back guarantee. Before ordering, confirm directly with the seller:

• When your 60-day window begins (purchase date vs. delivery date)
• Whether opened or empty bottles are eligible for a refund
• Whether all bottles in a multi-bottle package must be returned
• Whether shipping and handling costs are refundable
• Where to send a return and whether a return authorization is required

How To Request A Refund

Keep your order confirmation, payment receipt and any correspondence with customer service. Contact the seller's support channel listed on your order confirmation email before your guarantee window closes.
